TipTracker stores all your data on your device only. We never collect, transmit, or sell any personal information. No accounts, no servers, no tracking.
TipTracker does not collect any personal information. All data you enter — shift details, earnings, tips, hours, and preferences — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework and iCloud (if you have iCloud enabled).
We do not operate any servers and have no ability to access your data.
If you have iCloud enabled on your device, Apple may sync your TipTracker data across your own devices via your personal iCloud account. This sync is governed entirely by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to any iCloud data.
TipTracker Pro is available as a one-time purchase ($9.99) processed entirely by Apple via the App Store. We do not collect, process, or store any payment information. All billing is handled by Apple and governed by their terms.
Purchase receipts and entitlement verification are handled by Apple's StoreKit framework on-device.
If you enable daily reminders (a Pro feature), TipTracker schedules local notifications on your device. These notifications are generated entirely on-device and are never sent to any external server. You can disable them at any time in Settings → Notifications or the iOS Settings app.
TipTracker contains no third-party analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, crash reporters, or tracking libraries. We do not use:
TipTracker integrates with Siri Shortcuts to let you open the app quickly. Phrase matching is handled by Apple's on-device intelligence. No voice data or shortcut usage data is transmitted to us.
Your data is retained on your device until you delete it. You can delete individual entries from within the app, or remove all data by deleting TipTracker from your device. There is no server-side data to delete.
TipTracker is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Because we collect no personal data at all, there is nothing to delete if we inadvertently receive such data.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of TipTracker after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We will not use your data in a materially different manner without providing notice in the app.
